I have never bought a car before, and the staff at Honda West made the process so easy. Jake Montgomery was not only was professional and knowledgeable, but also approachable and genuine. He went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for in a car, and I can see how he makes sure every client is happy and taken good care of. I appreciate how much time he took with me and how carefully he explained everything. Especially since I don’t know much about cars!
