Exterior Design
The 2022 Civic features the perfect blend of familiarity and all-new design features. The 2022 Honda Civic lineup offers a similar engine selection compared to the previous model year. The LX, EX and Sport is the 2.0L 4-cylinder engine with 158 horsepower and 138 lb-ft of torque. Where the improvements this year is the 1.5L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine on the Touring trim, which has seen a boost this year, now getting to 180 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque.

Safety
Honda and safety continue to go hand in hand, with advanced forward-thinking tech that sets out to change the way you drive by being more convenient and secure. There’s been some new additions to Civic safety compared to last year. A new front camera has been added to detect pedestrians and traffic more easily, as well as an improved airbag design and bumper design. The new and improved airbags offer more coverage, while the bumper is more durable to prevent leg injuries by absorbing more of a potential impact. All these great improvements come as additions to the Honda Sensing Technologies such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Information, and Collision Mitigation Braking.
