For those wanting to become technicians, Wheaton Honda West sponsors employees interested in apprenticeship programs through local colleges. Candidates are selected based on work ethic, customer service aptitude, and technical skills as judged by our management team. For those selected, an apprenticeship is undertaken comprised of both classroom time and practical hands on work in the dealership.

Financial and Insurance Services
Our Finance and Insurance managers hold a key position in the dealership. As members of our sales department, they play a crucial role in assisting our customers in protecting their investment through the sales of extended warranties and protection packages.
These individuals are entrusted with our customers most sensitive and confidential information. They process credit applications, licensing details and banking information. Our Finance and Insurance managers fill one of the most senior roles within the dealership.
Meet Cole Clarke – Finance Manager
Cole came to Wheaton Honda West with some direct sales experience and a proven track record in excellent customer service skills. On February 10, 2016, Cole joined our New Car Sales team and quickly gained the trust and appreciation from both his customers and his co-workers. Cole has advanced quickly in his career with Wheaton Honda West, being promoted to Finance manager in December 2017. Wheaton Honda West and our customers recognize and appreciate Cole’s commitment to bringing the very best experience to our clientele.
Internal Service Supervisor
The role of the Internal Service Supervisor is to ensure the efficient coordination and completion of Internal Service work for all New and Used vehicles.
This leadership role ensures that our customer vehicles are inspected detailed and all accessories are installed prior to customer pick up.
Meet Colin Greenwood

When Colin joined our Wheaton Honda West team in December of 2015, he brought with him a successful track record and knowledge of being a Parts person. Colin then moved to our Service department as an Automotive Service Advisor. In December of 2019, Colin was promoted to the Internal Service Supervisor as the next step in building his career with Wheaton Honda West.
Accounts Payable/Receivable
As a key accounting position, our accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) person is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations in several vital areas is managed appropriately.
This includes the timely and accurate process of A/P and A/R.
Meet Monique Dayrit – Accounts Payable/Receivable

Monique started with Wheaton Honda West in November of 2019 as our New Car Receptionist.
As the customer’s first point of contact, whether over the phone or in person, Monique managed this very busy desk with exceptional professionalism. Monique’s desire to build her career with Wheaton Honda West lead her to take some accounting classes. She is a great addition to our accounting team.

Service Advisor
Our Service Advisors Interact with customers and initiate automotive services and repairs. By listening and interpreting customer concerns the Service Advisor ascertains vehicle performance problems and services requested by the customer. Wheaton Honda West Service Advisors are proud to bring exceptional service for our customers.
As they verify warranty and service contract coverage; develops estimates; writes repair orders and maintains customer rapport and records.
Meet Dylan Sherring – Service Advisor

Dylan started with Wheaton Honda West in August of 2019 as a Service Valet. He quickly earned the role of Service Concierge, and with hard work and support and mentorship from his co-workers and management, Dylan has earned the position of Service Advisor.
Our customers can be confident that they are in good hands with Dylan at the Advisor desk.

Journeyman Technician
As the key functional role of our Service department a Journeyman Automotive Technician provides skill, knowledge, diligence and” know how” to address, diagnose, repair and maintain customer’s vehicles.
Meet Travis Mason – Journeyman Technician

Travis started with Wheaton Honda West in June of 2008 as an Automotive Apprentice Technician. Through hard work, schooling, mentorship from co-workers and the support of his management team, Travis has successfully earned the position of Journeyman Automotive Service Technician. In addition, Travis has achieved Platinum status through the Honda Canada Institute.

In her almost 4 years with Wheaton Honda West, Colleen has successfully taken on many roles; starting with the Service appointment coordinator position, Sales BDC and she has been a successful salesperson. Colleen has risen to the challenge of embracing all areas of our business leading her to achieving her current position as a Service Advisor.
